Mission:

Taking care of and bringing up (orphaned) children from a disadvantaged background of

the Bona Bali orphanage. The foundation supports these children by paying among and

other things for their tuition, clothing, medical expenses and costs of living.

Simultaneously the Johanna Foundation tries to give these children a 'home', so

that they are enabled to better personally develop and to promote their chances of

becoming socially successful.

Donations:

Donations received from family, friends, institutions and third parties.

Johanna Foundation has been registered with

Chamber of Commerce number 51513307 and inland Revenue has recognized it as

a Charitable Institution, registered as 8500.66.463.

* Donors are allowed to deduct their gifts from their income or corporation taxs.

* In order to become eligible for deduction of periodical gifts, donor and the charitable

Institution have draw up an agreement.

The following link shows what these arrangements are like.

* As a Charatable institution the Johanna Foundation is exempted from

inheritance tax and gift tax for legacies and gifts to be used by the foundation

for public benefits.

* In case the Johanna Foundation grant gifts for public interest, the receiver will

be exempted from inheritance tax or gifts used by the foundation for public interestby the

foundation

for public benefits.

Activities:

Seeking donors and drawing attention to the needs of children from a disadvantaged

background in Bali, from friends, institutions and third parties.

The foundation takes care that donations get to the right place.

The Johanna Foundation develops and realized policy plans to set up new

projects, a job training project and realizing the orphanage.

The shop sales of the personal belongings of Mr. Ben Suzenaar.

Fees Board members and volunteers:

Board members and volunteers support the Johanna Foundation free of charge.

Payments:

Payments of Johanna Foundation can be made free of charge thanks the HALIN

Foundation in The Hague. In Bali funds are divided by foster son Iwayan Widiantara from

Gianyar Bali Indonesia.
